“The only thing they drained was my bank account for a £75 plus VAT call out charge. However in all fairness they are a business not a charity and it’s not their fault at least they turned up and attempted to unblock it on a Saturday as well (I called them same day) very responsive! It’s now an Anglian Water problem.”
